 surfing,source surfing does any1 cept mike know how 2 surf and also any1 that has source so u surf in there [i love surfing its what i do when not on the n00bfest severs]
alos i wonder if there is enough interest to put a surf map on funmaps?

Source surfing is even easier than CZ/1.6.

I surf, not as often as I used to. I used to surf everyday, all day. I eventually got tired of it. but I did beat Dunedin...that's one hard ass map.

surf maps are maps that have angled textures and low friction settings, so its kind of like a surf effect.

But it would be totally gay adding them to the funmaps, cause all of the beginners would be asking the pros for halp. :\

They're already on the funmaps. Also, source surfing is gay. 1.6 > CZ > source.

surfing is freakin awesome!
back when I actually played CS:S/CZ/1.6 i was awesome at surfing...it was all i did when i didnt play on n00bfest server...i could beat pretty much any map..and i got kinda good at surfing backwards...but then i stopped playing..so i probably suck now
and yea Dunedin is an awesome map...
and i nominate more surf maps on the funmaps server or something....or maybe have like a "surf day" on the elite server, like once/twice/whatever a week..and only n00b members can come...and we won't have any whiney ppl

You'd have to have someone with rcon to change the airaccelerate for the map or have something in the server that everytime we go to a surf map to put airaccelerate to the right setting

Oh well, it's just a little harder with the airaccelerate at normal settings, making it more fun.

i know there are some others, i just cant remember them off the top of my head...
and yea, i know its technically impossible because your' monitor's refresh rate caps your actual FPS..and all that other stuff...but who cares..the little graph says 400 :)
