 I got owned.... Went to Alienware website to get a new power supply for my latop so I can sell it. It's the older model Area-51m so I want to chat with online support to make sure I get the right one.
I get my serial number and model information, find my original order info, and fill out the form to enter the live chat. Then I get this.... please note the times:
