Well, I'm not saying you are bad with them, but this is like Babyballs showing that he knifed via console.

If you got 5 headshot kills in a row, then that would be pretty cool. But deagle headshots are normal.

Oh, and the numbers mean you've killed 30 people with the deagle, and you've died 281 times from the deagle. You've done 4,343 damage. Your accuracy is 17.14%. You've gotten 11 headshots with the deagle. Your headshot percentage is 36.67%,, and your shots per kill is 17. (That means you'll go through almost three clips of the deagle before you kill someone.

Those are what the numbers mean. It looks like you're getting better though by those screenshots.
