just got my dual monitors hooked up....had to order the adapter to get em to plug to my graphics card. got the monitor for 9 bucks at the thrift store so it kicks ass :)

Sweet.. Running duals myself.. Well sort of.. The 18" LCD FP is on the game/workstation, and a 17" CRT is on a KVM for monitoring the servers.



BTW.. Getting a Dell Precision 650 Workstation (P4 2.0gHz Xeon, 1GB RAM, 300GB RAID5 array(5 - 75GB 10k SCSI U320 HDD's) for $100.. Lease return FTW!

Yeah man runnin duals is swoot although you need to check your comps temps from time to time cause it tends to stress the vid card a little....you need to look me up so i can show you how to make your duals have seperate wallpapers.......i run my vent on my second screen while i play cz.
Or even cooler have your music player maximized on your second while on the net on main 1. I got my 21 inch dell as my main and a 19 in. crt as my other to the right and elevated like 7 inches.

i got my wallpaper set diff :) all i had to do was take 2 pics i want, open paint, make it 2048 by 768 and put em side by side, and set to tile in the control panel


one of the main reasons i got it was for my music player and chat convos while i do other shit

I completely agree. I swear Ive lost like 5 pounds since i hooked em up. Im seriously cosidering buying a window unit for my pc room cause its so small. I really need a new pc case though. mines not stock but it could be upgraded.
