okay...so for the past few days, my internet keeped dropping. It would come back up for like 30 mins, then drop again for hours upon hours at a time. Yesterday, finally...i decided to call Cox and have them fix something. So the guy comes over, installs an amplifier into my cable box because i'm getting a REALLY low signal at my house. It worked. The internet came back up and was faster than ever, so i was happy. So i decided to come play or whatever, then went to bed and watched TV around 8. Before that, i started downloading a movie that i wanted to see. So yeah...tried getting some from the wife and got denied hardcore. So i told her to F*CK off and tried getting onto the internet to go beat my shit....the internet dropped. Needless to say, i was F*CKING pissed off. So i went to sleep, had a bad night of sleep...kept waking up and shit. Get up this morning to get ready for work...and one of my contact lenses is ripped and unusable. those are my last pair and i dont know my F*CKING perscription for contacts...so i have to wear my glasses now for awhile until i can get some more contacts...i hate wearing glasses. lol. So now, here i am at work, bored, horny as shit, and pissed off. It's not going to be a good day. When i get home, i gotta call the bastards (AKA Cox Communications) back up and have them come back to my house. They SAY running a dedicated line from my cable box to my computer room SHOULD fix the problem completely, since the line i have running now has about three splitters on it...so the signal completely fades out by the time it gets to my computer. So i'm going to have to have them do that, i guess...wont cost me TOO much...but yeah. The point of my story here (well, besides ranting and raving about my F*CKING life) is that i probably wont be on the internet much, besides when i'm at work) until i get this problem completely fixed. I try to get on the internet at home, get about half-way through looking at the forums, then my internet connection drops. So yeah...i wont be around whoring the forums much :)
EDIT: oh...my day keeps getting better. I just caught one of my students blatently cheating his way through our course. So i'll probably be buried in legal paperwork all day now! YAY!

wow. this day just keeps getting worse and worse. APPARENTLY, I was supposed to run my semi-annual physical fitness test this morning...but no one ever told me, or if they did, i dont remember it. So the person in charge of it marked me down as a failure....holy F*CKING shit...this day sucks balls. I just want to get out of here and go drink my sorrows away....
