I love the RSX but god damn I hate its body kit. Good thing you don't drive it anymore, but I'm not into civics much...Subaru for me. Nothing else.

I loved the RSX but the damn dealership kept F*CKING up my body kit and it was all molded together. So I said F*CK it and sold that car after they fixed it. and the Civic has the same motor with a little bit more horsepower and its 4 door which makes my insurance 65$ a month for full coverage lol.

well i love Hyundais, and i actualy liked my old santa fe. the only thing that went wrong with it after 130k was i needed a new snake belt. other than that, it ran like a champ.

also owned a sonata and fell in love with that car...got my ex-wife 3 speeding tickets and thats saying something.

im getting a santa fe because of the family, also the reason why im getting rid of my precious fbody.

Agree with Tazz about the Civic looking more mature. I'm not a fan of carbon fiber hoods, or whatever that thing is. The Civic looks boss though.

And about carbon fiber, you would like it if you would be spending a lot of money on performance. But in this case, I really doubt it would change anything, and it really looked like a kid's car. I hate kid's car. Here, kids buy civics (hatchback). They even modify them. God it's ugly.

I wouldn't necessarily call them kids cars.

They're popular because they're cheap and there are thousands of different aftermarkets out there for parts and body kits for these things, it's almost stupid.

But all in all, they're good cars. Cheap, fuel efficient and doesn't cost an arm and a leg to repair when broken. They're hondas. They'll last forever as long as they're taken care of.

Yeah, but spending money on modifying a shitty car, is still a stupid move. And that's what I'm talking about when I say kids cars. You will not see a stock civic. It will always have black windows, sometimes it's dropped to the F*CKING ground, big ass muffler, and some stupid shit. All in all, the car isnt faster (or just a bit), isn't more beautiful than it was (cuz seriously though, the old civics look like big whole crap) and it doesn't feel like a sport car, at all.

Most of the people that modify their Civic hatchbacks don't go about it the right way. They want it to look "cool" and they get a muffler to make it sound fast. When it just sounds like a hunk of shit.

BUT, if you modify them the right way, they can be F*CKING beasts! In comparison to most cars, it's cheap as well.

That RSX was running low 11's on the track :) I will try and find my slips from sunshine speedway. I had put alot of money into the RSX. Wasnt just all show but it won at car show's. My civic is all stock. and I don't think I am going to do anything to it but maybe a intake so I can get better gas mileage. Yea they are more expensive than the normal SI really no different either besides the rims and it comes stock with a catback exhaust and a body kit but I got it for 20k out the door with 27k on it. Honda's have alot of potential they get hated on because people think they can get a eg dx and race it. With a civic and time/money it will be faster than any American muscle. My Mugen SI shit's on SRT-4 the American equivalent of this car,and the Cobalt SS Turbocharged to which is a underpowered turbo car which torque steers worse than anything I have ever been in.

Hmmm.. yeah yeah... in my book though, I still laugh at people modifying their old civic. I don't care if it can beat a zonda F or whatever, it still is a god damn civic hatchback, it still looks like big 'ol F*CKING crap, it still sounds like big 'ol F*CKING crap, and the owner is still a F*CKING idiot to spend so much money on a car that isn't worth it compared to really good cars.

I say stop modifying shitty cars, just deal with what you have, save money, and buy yourself a real car, then mod it.
