Vision: Who robs a minister? A desperate n****r, duh.

Vision: Anyone else lift? Yeah.

Yea but I'm wondering what kind of neighborhood a ministar has to live in to justify having a gun in his home. Even though America isn't very neighborly anymore, if ever, but if a community does have a minister living there everyone knows who he is.

Total assumption here but I don't even think black ministers get robbed. Black people are much more religious then white people as a whole. No matter what kind of piece of s**t kid a black person raises more than likely their ingrained with at least a hint of respect for the clergy.

Mike

What kind of weight training do you do? I'm over the whole bodybuilding thing, I was pretty good at it but as far as gaining functional strength and power it's worthless. My main lift are different types of squats and deadlifts. I'm going to see where I'm at at the end of '09 and if I'm happy with the results I'm going to start looking into powerlifting meets.

I just do basic weight training to build strength. I was forced to quit playing Baseball when I was in my early teens as a result of a mountain biking accident, and havn't been active much since.

As a result I'm a fat F*CK whose body has been in atrophy for ages, so I'm just working to get fit again.

Mostly do weight work with my arms and legs, however, my wrist makes it all but impossible to use a straight bar. As a result, I have a very difficult time doing certain lifts, most specifically two arm curls and bench press.

(My left wrist has been dislocated for about half a decade. It's in the socket well enough to function, however, putting strain on it causes immense pain. As a result of growing out of place for so long (the entirety of my teenage life), it's pretty much impossible to "fix" without reconstructing the bone.)

That blows, there aren't many exercises you can do without your wrists. You could become an endurance athlete like running, biking, and swimming!!

well many years too late for that

I almost tore my right elbows tendon a few years ago, recently just healed completely(5 months ago) but i over stretched it pitching at a game.....it was worth beaming one of them short F*CKERS. but it seems to be fine

I cant do squats, this year i went on a 2 week backpacking trip to the North east part of New Mexico (Philmont which im sure ive posted about) and going down hill carrying a 52lb pack f**ked up my knees pretty badly

ouch, I thought my knees were messed up. I broke my foot playing football some years ago and unknowingly twisted my leg bad enough to change the way I put pressure on my leg. It's been a little over 5 years now andit still hurts but I'm working on it and I can do a full squat now with some decent weight so I'm happy. I'm hoping to pass the 400lb mark this year. I only have a couple more years left, I told myself once I get around 35 I'm going to stop maxing out on weight.

yea it does take its toll on the knees, I'm leaning away from heavy lfiting for awhile and hoping I can get my lazy ass out and run a few miles everyday starting next month.

Deadlifts are great if you cant squat. I got plantar's working in a deli in sneakers all day so I had foot pain all the time. Man if your feet hurt you get real irritable and you don't want to do shit!! I just deadlifted in my room for like a year and I have a pretty decent deadlift but I have to keep the reps low or my lower back gets sore for days.

i blame the dad for trying to make his homebound kid sit at home bored with out halo3 and porn

(it dosent say in the news article but the dad would lash his son's back hand every time his son would watch porn or think of girls because he knows they are all the devil)

but in all seriousness oversheltering someone causes the sheltered one to want to break out
the tighter you close your fist the easier it becomes to slip through the fingers

i dont blame halo because: its not like he pistol whiped her followed by a tbag then gernade toss, which is commonly seen on halo multiplayer
He did however shoot her multiple times just like in halo it takes a couple well placed rounds to kill someone

i know i should nt joke but eh... its easier than saying something perfound for this situation
stupid kid wonder if he was wondering if he would get to play halo in jail

I've actually biked my whole life, but the past few summers have been on a bad streak with bikes. Last summer I ruined my bike's bearings. I hated the bike, so I decided it was time to get a new one instead of fixing the bearings... Bought a nice new Ironhorse... broke the bearings in less than three days. And I F*CKING LOVED the Ironhorse. :(

ya my brother did that s**t he runs about 3 miles a day now, he lost a f**k load of weight and now he makes fun of me for what looks like to him as being "fat" when i am almost taller than him + i weigh less than him, so i get to make fun of him in a couple of years! Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_17

You didn't say how much taller you are but for every inch taller you are it will take 10lbs to look the 'same' as your brother. so if your 5" taller then you'll need to weigh 50lbs more than him to look the same 'thickness'. That sort of thing totally depends on body composition too but thats the standard.

I'm over the whole 'Get Big' mentality. I've always been underweight compared to my peers I went through that phase in my late teens and early 20s of trying to get huge but it just was not going to happen with my metabolism and my training style. I'm more interested in being very well rounded athletically now and just being pound4pound strong.

Size doesn't mean much anyway, with the right training you can drop anyone of any size. The smaller you are the more badass you look when you do it too.

Dude that sux. I haven't gotten into biking but I look forward to mountain biking in the near future. It's a lot easier on the knees than running. I think I might have plastic knee joints by the time I'm 50 :(
