90% of people who complain their regiment isnt' working have either gotten into a sequence of working out, or have stopped pushing themselves further. You don't just get to a point and stop and hope it still continues. Steroids aren't going to help you becuase once you start using, your body will adjust itself accoridng to the added testosterone in your system, you won't be "adding testosterone" you'll be depleting your bodies ability to produce its own, becuase it will be compensating for the added boost. after a few weeks to a month, you'll have to go from 1 inject to 2 to 3 etc... till your body can't produce its own. Then stopping it will cause all added muscle to die and shrivel.
p90x, insanity, and all those stupid circuit workouts that everyone grabs onto are the biggest jokes on the planet. Every few years someone comes out with a new one and everyone latches onto it, because most peopl elack the motivation to go to an actual gym and just want something that will do a moderate job to help them get in shape.
