im not sure exactly what he does in there i know he wears sweat shirts and pants and it damn near destroyed his kidneys in the process .they say 8-10 lbs is the max recommended weight to lose in the sauna for pros who do it all the time but they have to work there way up to that much,his lead teammate droppes 10 every fight in the sauna but he has been doing it for many years.

The weight loss in the sauna's is for just before weigh in's since your dropping water weight out of your system. That's why fighter's will actually gain 5-7 lbs over night rehydrating after the weigh in's. Brock Lesner cuts down to the max of 265 lbs for the weigh in's but is usually between 275-280 lbs on fight day.
