They just outlawed it in my state (GA), and I believe, for good reason. This isn't like pot, for which I am a great advocate. A friend of mine working out in Texas as an EMT said he had friend who had smoked at least a half ounce of spice in a day and was feeling like shit the night he did this. He complained of faintness, loss of feeling, etc. and eventually went into anaphylactic shock or something and died. The coroner, from which my friend heard about this all from, said that the cause of deaths was sulfates(ides) being too high of concentration in the blood and it poisoned him. Its got some serious negative health impacts, very much unlike pot, and that should keep it from being legal.

I think I misspoke, especially considering that I'm anti drug war. The government should not interfere with what people put in their bodies. However, something synthetically made and not meant for human consumption (unlike cheeseburgers and alcohol) shouldn't be finding its way into the bodies of people through businesses marketing it as a high. That is wrong and dangerous. If people want to knowingly buy this synthetic drug and kill themselves smoking it, well then shit, let em do it.

i understand what you are saying.. but they arnt marketing it at all... hell on the back of every package its clearly states: this is not for human consumption. JWH-018 is meant for human consumption, it was made by pharma companies for cancer patients who are going through chemotherapy. there are many more like it, this isnt something new.

well, the thing is, its gaining in popularity because its a new drug, and just like any new drug, its going to be awsome until people start to get regular visits from the good idea fairy who just want to turn a profit or F*CK up something that waznt the problem to begin with.

as far as drugs go, i dont have any problems with any drugs, illegal or not. its the people who act unresponsable with drugs and act like the bad shit that happens to them isnt thier fault that i have a problem with.

The best thing the guy that invented the chemical/spray can do is sell the liquid in small amounts to be added to food, drinks, or to be vaporized. People are still going to OD, cause they are stupid as shit before they do it, but that would avoid the complications of the random herb smoke.
