I worked in the gaming industry for years so yes I know this for a fact and I worked for one of the companies that got in the most shit for breaking the rules. There's been several people from Canada who have it. Whether it is a certain province,an IP problem reading it as Germany by mistake, or just a glitch that several Canads have doesn't really matter. For the phantom player or whatever, setup a key that is "record asdf; stop" so it will record a demo then stop it and will always be named asdf and overwrite so you don't flood your computer with demos. Recording a demo fixes a lot of problems within the OB engine that comes from alt-tabbing or lagging enough to stop your gameplay for a half-second or longer.
