No, you can't. It's impossible, really. When milk interacts with your stomach, a good portion curdles immediately causing you to have a huge ball in your stomach. That's why the body doesn't allow you to drink a full gallon too quickly, your stomach could, literally, explode if it allowed you to keep it in there. Go ahead, try it. It can't be done without puking. Every person I've ever seen try it has puked. You will too.

You can, however, drink a gallon of milk in, say, over an hour. Milk takes 6+ hours to digest though, so you might still puke.

I'd like to see someone try that with fresh milk. It's creamier, which makes it more challenging to drink, but it has more enzymes that help with digestion so it might also reduce the chance of puking if you can hold it down initially.

he didn't just drink the milk he ate cookies which could have absorbed some of the milk keeping it from curdling right away
