There are plenty of options for phones that are very cheap. Magic jack, skype. I would really want a phone number if I were a customer. Just the idea of being able to call if something goes terribly wrong is a satisfying feeling.

At the moment, we just want to make back what we've put in so far, then there will be options to expand that way. We'll also have that freelancer account, so it'll enable us to make money, update our portfolio, and allow us to get customer trust.

It's something we'll add once everything gets running 100%.

For real. There is 0 design work done on that site. It took him 2 hours tops. He used a template and all of the graphics are either from the template or provided by the school/business. It's a copy/paste job.

Moral of that one is don't pay hourly wages for design.

After seeing that I had to ask my girlfriend if she ever charged hourly and she said that she actually did in the past, but once she got a pricing booklet together based on experience and competitive pricing, she only charges flat fees.
