Pontiac is just a mini Detroit. I work at one of 4 hospitals in the city and we get on average 4 shooting/stabbing victims a week. Most of that is due to the lack of police presence in the city. They run at about 40% of what they did 5 years ago. The poor chief of police is hassled everyday about happenings in the city. The dumb AFRICAN AMERICANS didn't want higher taxes for this is what they get now.
