I totally support public executions of drunk drivers whether they were involved in an accident or not. It's the only method that will save innocent lives.
If someone ever kills my family over something like this I'll make them beg me to send them to hell. It's truly unfortunate how far we've come as a society... We've overshot our goal in terms of humility and become a fairy land where even the people who should be mutilated are given a place to stay. It makes me sad.
I've said this multiple times but I'm not impressed by human society as a whole.
As far as how America deals with criminals I feel we are too forgiving. The human population is too much as it is and our social construct revolves around financial stability and yet we allow those who continually violate our laws to live and we have to support them.
I think Great Britain had a great idea in dumping their felons on an island. I think technology has come a long way since then and we as a world society would be better off just getting rid of those who don't want to abide by our laws and ostracizing them to an island with proper security surveillance.

Man this drunk and driving getting you instantly killed and killing another people is bullshit, i know it can happen, but i can happen to anybody, it all rests in the driving skills and chance.
The government should not handle driving license like they where candy´s on a store not even for 16 year old´s or the like, i mean, officers have this alcohol meassurement device but what about stupidity meassurement device´s? they are NON, so whats left??, better driving education this will get rid of a lot of things.
Everything depends on the person, ive met a lot of persons that have drived while drunk and some of them wasted and nothing has happen to anyone so far, i could say that ive met little to non persons that have been involved in an accident while driving and drinking, while it can, its just a matter of chance thats all, i dont condone this behaviour and i dont support people being 100% drunk but i do believe that a man can have some drinks at some extend.
Now if someone could provide how many deaths are directly related to alcohol and driving vs sober drivers or irresponsible drivers, that would give us a lot of clearance in the matter and i do hope that those charts are not manipulated.

If you actually care to see any stats feel free to do a little research, you'll find many studies that show proportionately higher amounts of crashes and fatalities amongst drunk drivers than sober drivers.

A man can have as many drinks as he wants, but Not at other people's expense. You're free to drink to death anywhere where you are not going to mess up someone else's life.
Just because some drunk drivers were lucky enough not to kill themselves or others, doesn't mean it's their skill. Being drunk inherently means losing control, which inherently increases the chance of an accident.
If getting drunk is the problem, do it at home or wherever else you like, but why the F*CK would you want to drive while drunk, where there is a significant chance (basic research is all that is required) of a tragedy waiting to happen?
Like I mentioned before, anyone who thinks or says this is no big deal will eat their words when it happens to them. You wouldn't think this is just bs if your son/daughter/wife/gf/you are the victim of a drunk driver.

Vision, I agree with your position on driving drunk.
The problem that I have with this is that a lot of the laws we have in place and punishments for them are bullshit. The fact that someone can do a 5 year prison sentence for driving drunk and killing an innocent person is entirely bogus. People who are involved in white-collar crime (enron, etc) cost TONS of people GIGANTIC sums of money and can further destabilize our economy, but they'll only get a 5-10 year sentence. I think it's bullshit that Skilling (douche behind the enron scandal) only got 24 years, and it's even more bullshit that it was one of the harshest sentences ever given for a white-collar crime. People committed SUICIDE because their lives were destroyed over his bullshit. On the other hand, a hobo who robs a tourist at knife-point so he can buy some food will get 25+ years for aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, attempted murder and probably 3-4 other charges.
Why isn't marijuana legal? The federal government spends billions of dollars a year fighting marijuana-related crime. Why not save all that money and tax it? I'd buy a pack of Marlboro KB.
Why isn't prostitution legal? Legalizing prostitution and taxing it would take a huge step toward getting rid of the human trafficking problem in America.
Why isn't gay marriage legal? Why are all sorts of stupid ass illegal things illegal?
The government is stupid.

The government is stupid.
White Collar Crime vs. Blue Collar Crime
Money talks. This is the main reason I don't like the idea of people having an insane amount of wealth or power. I don't like the idea of companies that are too big to fail or congressmen who serve for over 20 years.
Why isn't marijuana legal?
Because America can't produce good weed. All the good stuff can only be made in Central and South America due to the climate.
Why isn't prostitution legal?
Religion, particularly Christians.
Why isn't gay marriage legal?
Religion, particularly Christians. Separation of church and state is such bullshit and it makes me vomit a little everytime I hear a politician mention god and their strong faith.
On the subject of equality I love how there seems to be a condescending view in this country about how the Islamic faith treats its women just because this country had a civil rights movement 50 years ago. Taking an objective stance, 50 years is not a lot of time. Add to it the fact that the Islamic faith never made distinctions based on a person's color I'd say their a little ahead of Western ideologies.
I've come to realize that people just can't be as stupid as they pretend to be. I feel that a lot of people hide behind a curtain of stupidity to hide their true intentions/beliefs. I'm finding it harder and harder to believe that the gov't is really that stupid, it has to be pretending to be stupid because no group of people can be that F*CKING stupid.
The government needs to be changed and streamlined. I don't have the answers although I think reducing the power of influence that lobbyists have in Washington, scaling down the federal government, promoting national education (real education), reinstating strict regulations on companies, limiting the size of companies, and letting companies fail when they mess up would be a good start.
Ginzu your a F*CKING retard. The biggest problem with drunken faggots is that they think just because they've only had a couple drinks their fine. A person doesn't have to be 'drunk' to become a dangerous driver. Even one drink has the potential to slow anybody's reaction time.
There is no need for a comparison of alcohol related accidents vs. other kinds of accidents. The point is if people didn't drink and drive all of those accidents would be avoided.
I swear to god I want to pass a law that tints everyone's windows so people stop looking at each other, especially me. Why the F*CK does everyone look at other drivers? A glance sometimes I can understand. But what the hell do people expect to see? And I wish people would stop slowing down for accidents on the other side of the F*CKING road. I was driving at night and I was approaching a truck that was on fire on the other side of the road and a bunch of guys were watching it and it F*CKING exploded. It was the coolest shit I ever saw while driving but I still didn't slow down cuz I'm not a F*CKING HOMOSEXUAL ass rubberneck.

All the things that you do are on other people´s expense, example, you smoke you get cancer you die and you let your parents crying and suffering from what you did even though they knew you smoked and that you wished to do so.
Now, getting drunk increases your chance to crash yeah it does, thats what i said, but it doenst top it up to 100%, now dont get me wrong, read my post carefully, and youll see that im not defending the dudes that drink and drive, no, im saying that the fault belongs to unrespectul, unskilled and unresponsible driving people.
Now what about dudes that run in the streets??, you know how much people they kill??, you know how much people die because of this??, and are they drunk??, of course not, its just mere responsibility period.
Id say ban cars and use bicicles LOL.

yet its still legal to pop a bunch of vicidin or percs and still drive. people are allowed a certain amount to drink and legally drive. in fact old people can drive and never have to re take a test. I sold a car to this lady who is 88 yrs old, she has had it for less than 12 months and came yesterday for an oil change. That car has bruises all over it, every F*CKIN panel. She has probably hit something every day she has drivin this car and thats safe? i think my drunk driving skill is better than most womens driving skill when they're sober. While they put their make-up on or drink coffee or read the F*CKING paper while driving into work. Please i dont need a F*CKING lecture from some C*CK gobbling HOMOSEXUAL like you mike. My skills driving Are far beyond most peoples. was it a stupid mistake? YES and i dont deny it, F*CK im human we all F*CK up time to time, but was it a mistake where i should lose my life? ARE YOU F*CKIN KIDDING ME? you my friend are a F*CKING idiot. good day

It seems to me that you have issues of self-worth. You should see a shrink. And no, you can't pop vicodin and percs and drive, that's illegal as well. Haha no thanks. I'm going to live a long and fulfilling life and I'll relish the thought of you getting drilled in the rectum by your AFRICAN AMERICAN cellmate named Bubba after you get booked for being incompetent in society. Do you think you're going to offend me regarding my brother's death? Not likely. I'm not here for sympathy, I'm here to burn time. Don't waste your time trying.

hey jackass...it's not illegal to have vicidin and drive. you are so ignorant. it is if it's not prescribed to you but thats besides the point. If you have a script then it's perfectly legal. And yes all old people should have to re-test every couple years. It's their TOO CAUTIOUS driving that causes accidents. and i believe im a good drunk driver, i mean i didnt kill any one right? or crash for that matter. this is pointless, i might as well argue with my 2 yr old nephew. at least he makes better points.

A police officer has the authority to detain any driver who is endangering public safety, that includes drivers who are intoxicated through the use of vicodin - regardless of whether or the drug is prescribed to you. This is the case in all of North America.
Too cautious does not cause accidents, the retards around the cautious drivers cause accidents. This is obvious and if you decide to dispute it please at least provide a reason why.
And there's no such thing as a good drunk driver. All drunk drivers are criminals and all criminals are bad - l2ruleoflaw.
And finally, I'll reciprocate the ad hominem attack: you're a dirty AFRICAN AMERICAN and a HOMOSEXUAL lolz.
