Yea I don't think so. Personally I just don't think a 70 year old man goes through all that trouble to get off by himself. I don't think they have the testosterone flowing through them to become so overwhlemed that they need to get off. Considering who he is I'm sure he had company. I don't think it would do any good to find the person/s who were with him so they'll just leave it like this since it was an accident and his ex-wives have all but confirmed that he liked to engage in dangerous sexual behaviour.
I'm not a conspiracy nut I just don't think he would do that to himself when he has other options, especially in Thailand.
