 Update.
Long story short got my computer built going to therapy, i spoke in a previous post about my depression, for depression and how to handle anger. i dont really lash out on people or things as much as well this is hard to say but on myself, no i dont cut myself i tend to punch myself since i was a little kid. oh also going there for my suicidal tendencies, always thought thinking about offing myself was normal but apparently not my 'step-dad' is taking my mom to court over my half sisters my mother has recovered from cancer but she does not seem any better with all this stress being added and about to go to college, hopefully. i hate growing up. also quick pic of battlestation.

 Re: Update.
You have no idea how badly I want things to get better for you. I have personally never had depression but know people that do, and it sucks. You hang in there.

 Re: Update.
Best advice I can give is try not to let it get to you.
Getting your life back on track should help a lot too.

Get involved with something that doesn't give you time to let it get to you, as weird as that sounds. Busying yourself, especially with something positive and happy to you, will retrain your mind out of depressive thought and more into the task at hand.

Retrain my mind huh, I've been depressed for years, guess that must be deeply seeded in me, i can see where you are coming from. thanks new guy, oh don't expect me not to whisper sweet nothings to you while I threaten you with a dragon dildo since you helped me. ♥ thanks though, all this support does actually matter, i can assure you of that man

Getting your life back on track should help a lot too. thats what the therapist said today, thing is how do i push it away? stay busy? It's easier said than done, but you have to try really hard. Don't think about it. You have to train yourself not to think about it. The more you train, the better you get at it and the more it goes away. (This is what therapists call Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is just a fancy term for something fairly simple). Keep busy. Exercise. Takes up time and is good for you anyway. Focus on things that will benefit you, like getting in school, doing homework, eating healthy. Hobbies can also help. Avoid things that bring you down. For a lot of people, the "things" that bring them down, are actually other people. Cut toxic people out of your life who bring you down, if possible. Procrastination can make depression worse, so if you're avoiding doing something, then get to it. After you've done it, you'll feel good about accomplishing it too. Remember that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, so just don't.

And I prefer dildos with spiked heads. Nothing puts more fear into a person's asshole than a spiked headed dildo.
