Here is my stuff. We went camping and boating the wk of the 4th....at Lake Powell. Look it up. It is part of the Colorado river system. Huge reservoir 150 plus miles long from the dam - Glen Canyon Dam. Water temps were 78-82. Great fun.

Now I'm on my way to China - Shanghai & Singapore for a couple of wks. Don't worry I'll log on from time to time to harass you kids.

Have fun Dirtybag. When I was in high school my parents and I went to go camping out on Lake Powell for a week, and it was the nightmare vacation from hell. Crazy storms almost sunk ours and our friends' boats TWICE; once during the day, once in the middle of the night. Please please please bring back only good stories and renew my desire to go to Lake Powell.

Ok ok ...it is camping. I always tent camped. Then we moved to Colo...and the dramatic changes in the weather lead to this style of camping. We got snowed outed on the 4th of July. We also had our tent and equipment hit by huge hail stones...during Memorial day. Hard sided camping is the way to go. And at Lake Powell air con is a requirement. Its 100 or higher most days.

That's Bullfrog Marina - in Utah. That's the RV camp ground. They have showers too!

The boat is a Searay 19ft from 1994. We bought it in 96. The RV is a Lazy Daze. Its a 2004 model. They have no distribution network. So, you go to the factory in Southern Cali and order it. You do get to pick from several color schemes. My wife was all about the matching colors. When I retire....I'm going to buy a fishing boat and head south east....for Bass fishing.

No bad stories...this trip. Except I blew out a tire on the RV and had to change that bitch on 1-25. The lake was great....not much wind and the people stayed away until the 4th.

Now I'm in Suzhou China. My room is huge...and the toliet lid auto goes up when I walk in the bathroom....now I need a little slant to swipe my ass. Later kids

LMFAO I hope I get to that level were the company will pay to send me all over the world. Shanghai & Singapore are on my bucket list of countries to visit. I've only made it through about 1/3 of my list. Take some pics of the ladyboy night clubs you go to.

I was actually wondering what the answer was to Kwangs question. Accept I wouldn't ask about strictly Chinese, since you tend to go to Singapore a lot(I don't know if they speak Mandarin/Cantonese or Malay?) Do you speak any of the languages of the countries you visit frequently? I mean at least somewhat fluently?




Sorry to tell you Greatness, but Shanghai isn't a country. lol. But visiting China should definitely be on the top of your list. Do it while you're young. When you get to be Dirtbags age, it's hard to keep up with the fast pace.

I've been to Singapore and from what I experienced it was primarily Cantonese/English but their English needs some work.

But yes, dirtbag, are you fluent in any other languages, or does the business always take place in your native tongue?
