The amount of radiation detected is still below the EPA standard and well below the FDA standards for radiation in food...
Even if the values exceed the EPA guidelines, the EPA guidelines are "calculated so that in a population of one million people, the radiation will result in no more than one additional cancer fatality." The EPA guidelines also assume you'll be exposed for 70 years.

the kind that kills cancer kills you. it destroys all cells, not just cancer cells. Almost anything that you ingest is a carcinogen. Most radiation doesnt cause cancer, it causes death by cell destruction and deterioration.

My take, if it hasn't already killed you it ain't gonna do shit. We've had time for a motorcycle to show up on the west coast from japan. Any radiation should already be here. There might be a little more cancer, but you should worry more about tainted chinese goods than japanese radiation

No point in worrying about future disasters. If you're gonna worry about another earthquake hitting Japan, you may as well worry about massive solar flares wiping out the power grid, asteroids causing a nuclear winter, or global warming causing massive flooding. We'll just have to deal with the problems when they occur. No one knows what will happen if Japan get hit with another 9.0 earthquake. We'll find out when it happens.
