Ladies and mentlegen,

as you should all know at this point in time, the Fulda Gap paintball tournament is only 2 weeks away. That awesome tidbit of info being said, please have the following prepped and ready to go well in advance.


- Registration. You should all be registered under NATO, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment 3rd Squad, team n00bfest by now. If you haven't registered, DO SO IMMEDIATELY. Registration closes October 30th.

- WAIVERS. Go here: http://www.cdpaintball.com/images/waiver.pdf , print it, fill it out and bring it with you to the tourney.

- Paintball guns, HPA/CO2 tanks, hoppers, batteries, cleaning/repair tools, rags, barrel socks, camo clothes, pod packs, pods, comfortable shoes/boots, and MASKS should be ready to go.

- A tent or camper, warm sleeping bag, camping gear. Please don't show up with nothing to sleep in, nobody wants to spoon with you faggots because you neglected to bring a tent.

- Two tarps if you're bringing a tent.

- Warm clothes for nighttime. It gets F*CKING cold. When you're playing, you won't need heavy clothes, you'll get hot from running. It warms up a little, too.

- MONEY. Its $40 a case of paint, and you HAVE to use their paint. I will be buying two cases, personally. Also, we'll be eating/drinking at a local brewpub Saturday night, so bring about $30 for that. Also, bring money for any sort of repairs you may need to get on your gun up there. Never know. Also, bring your jersey money in case you haven't paid Coach for your jersey.

- FOOD. Bring some snacks or shit for lunch, should you decide to eat lunch. I will be supplying all of you guys' first dinner on Friday night. Saturday night, we eat at the brewpub. Sunday night we go home :[

- Beer. Nuff said. But, that being said... don't do anything to bring the attention of the cops on us. They will be patrolling. We're really not supposed to have booze, but if we're discreet, F*CK it.

- RADIOS. Don't forget them.

- Condoms. I mean... uh... what?

- If any of you F*CKERS play geetar, bring it. I wanna jam on friday night.



I'm probably forgetting shit, so use your imaginations: we will be going to play paintball in NC for a weekend in the cold with 1000 other people. There will be no restroom or bathing facilities besides a few porta-potties. There will be food and gear vendors there.

Also, be sure to be at the tournament on Friday no later that 5 or 6 PM. Thats pretty essential. Obviously, if you can't make it until whenever, thats fine, but we need our people there early to get our camp set up and our strats down. We need to be a F*CKING monster team.

hahaha aside from the scenario paintball (which I've been turned off by in my experiences) this sounds like a blast to me. next time ya'll do this, if you need a non-playing "commander" or something i'll consider it 4sure.

I paid for Systolic's reg 2 days ago but his name isnt on the list for some reason. Guess it just isnt updated. Unless the Kurbys and the Shredders registered within the past few days, they haven't registered. This worries me.

As far as radios go - would this be a good buy? Something that you'd be able to slap new batteries into on the go would seem ideal, and I'm not sure we're going to need that far of a range. Your input would be helpful, need to buy these soon!

Does it still take regular batteries? Is the charge on a radio usually sufficient to live throughout a whole day of play?

it actually comes with a rechargeable battery pack, but you can always use 3 AA batteries. So yes, it does still take regular batteries. The charge usually lasts a few days when fully charged.

I spoke with Shredder yesterday and he's 99% sure he's going to have to be somewhere for work that weekend. I'm not certain, but I think he and his son are out.
