Please post any comments, suggestions or bug reports in this thread so we can keep up with it.

Items of interest:
The front page has an announcement above the live server stats box. In a day or two, that announcement will be removed and the live server stats for the CS servers will be the top item in the center of that page.

The Top 10 Stats for the CZ servers are updated every hour of the day, and are reset to ZERO each day (i believe this happens at 3am Eastern Time.

The forum are being looked at right now to see if we can put them into a frame or something to ease the amount of scrolling that has to be done. We will keep you updated.

The downloads page has some awesome fly-by movies in the CZ section. Check them out!

Now that we have people getting interested in other games, we're talking about setting up a separate but similar portal to n00bfest using a World of Warcraft theme and then a Battlefield theme, to please those players and not avoid scaring away potential player for those games. This is not just a Counter-Strike hang-out anymore, so we're looking to create some customized lobbys for the other major games.

Check out my sig in the forums for updated server listings. We now have 2 CZ servers, 1 Source server, 1 BF2 ranked server, 1 bf2142 ranked server, and 1 FEAR server.

Broadcast message doesn't work
When you type a message on the front page, after your logged in, it says anonymous..

Probably take a day or two before we identify most of the bugs. Can't really tell how every part will function until we get a few dozen people using it constantly.

Weird we have tested it before.

Yes, there are some tweaks to be done for sure. Overall, I am already liking the functions of this setup much better.

I'm still a little disappointed in the broadcast messages, because we did test that successfully and I was looking forward to people giving some shout outs.

I got the "quoted user" problem figure out as you can see above.
I notice that for some reason i was still being redirected to the test site noobfest.com/v3 so when i removed the /v3/ from the address it worked fine.

I need to figure out what is still pointing to the test address.

This isn't very serious but if you go to the user page via the link at the top of the forum and look at what groups you are a part of it shows each group twice.

EX:

Also in the "First Sun" (WoW Guild) forum there is an error with the "last post by" column.
Instead of showing who did the last post it shows who created the thread. I think its just that forum but it may be others as well.

Edit:
Once you actually read a topic in that forum it updates the "last post by" to the correct one, but any topics that you haven't read yet remain incorrect.

The double usergroup has been that way for a while now..

And IonFlux has trouble logging in.

I think that's because i had to convert all the forums via a program and beliave me that were millions of records. Maybe the SQL DB needs someone to touch it to really refresh some data.

Two things from me:

1. The damn "administrate these forums" button!

2. Like Pinoy said, change the color of the quoted text and "post a reply" text. Perhaps a more n00bish color, such as yellow or orange.
