i not sure if they are in the CAL or not but they do play all kind of games and the have there own websites and etc

no
n00bfest is usually a place where n00bs click on the very first time that they play CZ. then they come here and we pwn them and they get better. It's not really a hangout for people to come and just use the site and servers for their own clans.
