the pirate site will be for the contributors to [n00b]. if you help us grow you will have secret access to a treasure stash.

There are other things that will get you into the Pirate Crew. First, you have to gain access to the Swabs area. Once you're inside that area you can discuss what tasks might gain you access to the Crew's Quarters and to the Treasure.
