If it was a hardware problem the hardware would have been either fried out by now, or would keep being a problem, I think it is just vista being vista, the problem seemed to be temporary, either a heat issue or a random bug, you can delete this post or move it to the tech column, i only posted here because I was in a hurry for a response, but thanks for the help guys.
