I'm out of town this week, but I go on vacation next week and I plan to "harvest" a couple of Bambis for my freezer too!
I believe in the Native American ways, so I will not only eat the flesh, but I will also keep the skins and tan them and make something out of them. It's a dishonor to kill for sport or antlers. If the animal gives it's life to sustain mine, I owe it some respect. I won't use the guts though. I have my limits. I hope I can get some turkeys too. I'm bringing both guns, just in case. _________________  |
