Watched the making of this game for 1.5 years I think it was. I was also one of the first people to play the game when it came out. They patched not too long afterwards and nerfed some stuff like the Saw. It was a F*CKING BEAST.might DL it again.

it looks alot like CS, or atleast the screen shots of the guns/characters/etc do. but hey free is free

I hate that there is no crosshair and you have to aim down the sights to be any accurate. It looks like shit graphically and the maps are oversized a lot of them. It takes to long to change your weapons around and snipers can get you way before you ever get close enough to see them. The game is a bit laggy on the big maps and it moves to slow for my liking aswell.

So you want snipers to NOT be able to shoot you from far away? I suppose they can patch it so that snipers have reduced accuracy and range. To compensate for this they can decrease the damage and increase the firing rate. They could call it an assault rifle.


The game is alright, but definitely gets old, especially with some maps having a huge problem with base rape.

Also I also played this game just when it came out and I did like it, but got bored of it quite fast. Nice game for free, but still, since every1 here owns CSS and most of ppl here own other games that they bought, everyone here will get bored really fast.

IMO free games are only good if you have 5-10 min. to kill to wait for something, or if you're on a plane/bus/train/backseat of a 2-seats bike while the woman is working in front. Other than that, free games are horrible.

The snipers have a ridiculous range of sight in the game. If you don't have a scope the game fog blocks your view of anyone at a certain distance and that's just fucked cause you can't even make out a building the snipers hiding in to avoid because it's fogged out but his sight can see you.

last I checked thats the point of a sniper......not knowing where they are. To quote a Major recently in a documentary in afghanistan, "The scariest weapon on a battlefield is a sniper. You dont know where he is and every moment could be that last instance of life". This isnt Counter strike running around with a .50 cal hip firing it from 10 feet away. This is a Realistic mod. A sniper does exactly what you just said. Hides and kills from maximum range. Even if you could see the building hes in you are probably not going to find him. All he needs is a crack or a small window and even then if hes smart he moves to another spot. You are not going to snipe a sniper with an assault rifle.

Dude, Reilly, this is a game, not real life. Unless real sniper scopes can see through fog, this game is shit, but free.

I understand the role of the sniper but to fog out the players ability to avoid possible sniper hiding places that in real life could be seen by the nakid eye is a large glaring error. I have a huge problem with the game fog allowing the game to become a sniper free zone which just takes away from the game entirely for everyone else not wanting to be some bitch stat whore.
