Diablo 2 was the fastest selling PC game back in 2000, and I wouldn't be surprised if Diablo 3 pushes some records. I'd definitely go as far to say it's the most anticipated game of 2012 at this point (it only lost out to ME3 earlier in the year). I've yet to meet someone who doesn't like Diablo, though there are varying levels of appeal for some people. I personally though, have played the Diablo games since I was 8 years old. I look forward to playing this game for the next decade.

Diablo 3 will be somewhat the same, but with way better graphics, physics and a different way to manage your XP (skills, stats). I'd definitely suggest that you try Diablo 2 first. I can't wait to play it but I'll wait a couple of months to buy it. I don't have much money to put into gaming and I don't game a lot during summer (hot weather + playing outside) and I'm waiting on sales to buy it (if there will be any sale). Diablo's the shit.

Re: 2 weeks AFRICAN AMERICANS Well....I enjoyed diablo 1 more than diablo 2.....but playing the D3 beta has got me EXTREMELY pumped about the series coming back.
To be fair, I didn't play diablo 2 until 2 years ago. So graphics played a big part in me not liking it, that and I was still addicted to WoW.
