i don't know if i am supposed to put STEAM_0:0 or STEAM_0:1 i really don't know im sorry.

1. Thats An IP address, i dont know for what.

2. TO access your steam ID, go in a server (any, doesnt matter)

3. Is console enabled? options -> keyboard -> advanced

4. Hit the ` key, then type in "status"

5. find your name on teh list, go straight accross, you should see something like

STEAM_0:0:12040790 (<-- not that one though, different numbers)

6. Thats it

His ID is STEAM_0:1:27847573.

edit that into his application, and we can get him on the list.

add the [rct] tag to your name and play in the n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit!

There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community.

Play often on the servers and stay active on the forums and you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted.
