The people posting here simply get added to the admin waiting list at the top of the forum. Nice comments about the applicants are great, but it won't have much bearing on the results.

It's kind of like the n00b recruiting process. People ask to join, we observe them (or already know how they act) and at a chosen time, we take the list and decide who passes, who fails, and who needs to wait longer. The voting group for admins will be considerably larger than the membership decisions.

Only [n00b] members will be considered. If you haven't made it into [n00b] yet, don't waste your time applying because your application will be dropped at voting time.

The entire process hasn't been laid-out yet. It's a work in progress.

That's true, but probably not a good idea in this particular forum, because the general public has access to it and the shit-slinging started almost immediately.

After we get a list together, I'll probably post this in the members area and accept comments from n00b members and existing admins.

THEN we can move it to the mod forum and discuss it!

THEN the Suggestion Box, where you and I can tagteam it into a workable list!
