Nope lol, probly won't do or be able to do it for awhile, which is fine by me, I'd rather have admin knowing I waited and earned some type of respect than quickly applying for admin right after I got [noob] status like the resent few applicants which I think though are as recent noobs as I but after hearing some of the old timers I just don't think its right to quickly rise the ranks when people like Rage for example took their time, though than the admin scheme was different. Tis my two cents only though, I have nothing against or for the current way how things are going when it comes to how admins are applied, nominated, chosen and all the shit.

Though to comment about my "nope" quotation like Gin, I mean it in the fact that I just think there is such an influx of people applying for admin, when half of those said applicants have only been noob for so long. I just think some where down the line there has to be a quota system or just a simple no because than it kinda just defeats the whole purpose of the new system..

I respect your opinion Tazz, but still, the new system, helps to create this new flux of money input, i mean luffwaffle haves like what... 1 month now i guess, but he has donated more money that ive ever did and i have even more time here than him or you and that helps i mean from that on he has no value at all, he spams his mic, he bitches a lot and whatnot, at first i didnt agreed that luff applied too quickly, but 2 things, my opinion doesnt matter and ive seen him and he is really trying and he is donating more money so i can still own his silly ass in the server and can flame him a bit in the forums, so yeah he is working his ass up.

So if i could, i would be his mentor, but like corpse said, you and other dudes shouldnt diminish the effort of one like waffle to get better, get good or try hard, i know your point of view and i really undertand what you feel, but if you do the right thing youll get a hand from Corpse himself by getting a pad on your shoulder, saying its ok you earned it.

I agree with tazzaler here. In my opinion, a new rule should be made, putting a required length of time being a n00b in order to apply for admin. Having admin is an important job that just can't be handed off to members. They have to show dedication to the community, not just through donations, but through the time that he/she has spent in our community, and has respectively earned our trust. We don't want another proff fiasco here..a new member rising through the ranks very quickly, which resulted in much admin abuse. Granted proff's example is not a stereotype that I'm putting on all new n00b members (Rok is a perfect example of this. He's an excellent member, admin, and a friend that contributes greatly to the community), however I'm sure that we would like to avoid something like this happening again.

The disadvantage would be losing donations toward the expenses to run the community, however in my opinion i think that a more structured community outweighs it.

I think we should reinstate the 3 month rule again. Were you have to be in n00b for 3 months before you can apply for admin.

I kind have the same problem but it more on the lines that I'm still currently an unemployed teenager with no way to donate via paypal. Weren't you the guy who posted shit about your neighbor and bikes and shit on building and what not?


Personal two cents = 3 months? I was thinking maybe 6 months or so. I'm comparing ones relation with n00bfest to like ones relationship to a woman, you finally get an understanding and a true devotion for one and another after the 6 month mark or so (give or take a few months). Agreed that wouldnt be to bad eather. The way we kinda fucked up before was we had way to many admins for one server. The list was like 200 + if i recall then droped down to about 20 no including staff or elders. Now its up to about 40 i think.

well...i guess ill re-apply in another 2 months than?or what?cause weather the rule is there or not apparently im not gonna get sponsored if i dont wait...so i guess ill come back with this and another 20$ at some other time...at least i found out i should wait :D
