I'm pretty sure I've seen you in the CSS server, so I'm guessing this is for CSS.
While you've got most of the correct format, I'm still going to need your Steam ID before I can add you to the list. Once you get that, I will give you my little spiel.

It's the ID that Steam gives you when you buy a game or something like that. You can get your Steam ID from either the "Source Stats Only" page on the left hand side (search for your alias, then look around half-way down on the left-hand side...it will say "Steam ID"), you when you're in-game, type status and find your name and your ID. A Steam ID resembles something like this: STEAM_0:1:12345678.

There ya go! Welcome to our little slice of Hell! Add the [rct] tag to your name and play in the n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. As long as you stay cool and play often on the servers, you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted.
