Well to tell you the truth I'm fairly new to Counter Strike,but I have played many other FFS games such as Warrock,Enemy Territory,Soldier Front,Half Life,Halo,and many others.

The real reason I want to be a part of n00b is that this was the first server that I joined when i started CSS.I have played with
a few of your clan members and they are really nice people.

I have a mic,and a vent.
I don't expect to join right away,but I will prove myself to you guys and then hopefully I can be a part n00b.

No need to be sorry. Add the [rct] tag to your name and play in the n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. As long as you stay cool and play often on the servers, you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted. If you have any further questions, send a PM to either myself (I'm in the Navy, so I'm gone a lot) or BulletCatcher, he's my second-in-command for the whole n00bfest recruiting thing.
