I removed your other post so I can just close the lid on this one. And yay, you found ur steam id! Anyway, add the [rct] tag to your name and play in the n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit. There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. As long as you stay cool and play often on the servers, you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted.
