I don't think you have been kicked out of n00b yet. There is a certain period of time where you will be kicked out due to inactivity and if you were wanting to join again, re-applying is the only way. I wouldn't worry about that. Just keep the tag on. Only thing removed from you was your admin. Joe add this nukka to the list.
