Hey, I've been browsing around and can't seem to find out how I'm supposed to rank up from my recruit status. Is there any sort of task or requirement for me to rank up, such as playing like 20 hours total on the server or something?

No you just have to wear your rct tag until they have there next vote. Then if you are picked you will be in n00b. Just play and get to know people dont be a douche and you will get in.
