Comments: I'm new to CSS, been playing for 3 days now and I've been spending most of my time playing on the [n00b]fest servers so I know some of the regular players.

Welcome, add the [rct] tag to your name and play in the n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you for a bit. There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. As long as you stay cool and play often on the servers, you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted.
