The [rct] tag let's us know that you've applied to become one of us. That way we can keep an eye on you and see if you're n00b material. It is not automatic that you make n00b, though. We have a voting process that we do, where we ask ourselves if you are n00b material. Just be patient, because it takes normally around 3 months to be accepted.
