You shouldn't have to. I'm not aware of any "scrubbing" of the roster -- of admins, yes...but not of n00bs. I'll check into it.
Here's the way to tell if you've been scrubbed...can you still see the [n00b] Member's Area at the top of the forums?

I honestly have no idea why your other account was banned. The only thing I can think of is that you were friends with Seiji, right? It might have been banned for guilt by association or something.
