Well it's a one time purcahse and you get some weapons and than you get all DLCS to my knowledge.
I'm on the fence as of now...

I got it, because I have the cash to throw around and I would've definitely been getting Close Quarters pack at least. More assignments, faster queue times, other aesthetic perks, and if you ARE planning on buying all the dlc, yeah you get it all for 50 bucks.
