I need to use a proxy server to get past a restriction set on my ISP site name. It is as simple as that. I'm not hacking any interwebs or douching anyone's bag.

www.proxify.net is a simple CGI proxy server that gets around that stuff, anything else just use google, alot of webistes have cgi proxys installed that you can leech off of.

That's an HTTP proxy that they use. I need to use a proxy that will hold through telnet...not a webpage.
