300 minutes to update?

I just got a new computer and im pretty shure that it can run source.When i went to play it,it said that it was going to take 300 minutes to update till i can play.Should this be right? _________________

Monk [n00b] Member Joined: Fri Sep 16, 2005 11:00 pm Posts: 695 Location: New York	Well i finally got it downloaded and started it up,but i get HORRIBLE ping in some servers and even in the ones that are uber low i am still sketchy but i cant check my fps cos thers no console(or i cant find it :P)Anyway i tried to go to servers located in the east(since im from new york)and even tho i get like 5 ping it still runs like shit.And this is a spanking new pc that i just got yesterday and got hooked up today and the specs are much better than the other hunk of junk i was playing on.... _________________
