Spy Sweeper is an awsome program. It removed all kinds of crap from my computer. There is a free version in the link below and its a fully fuctional program, no need to buy the software.
Be sure to run it in safe mode at least one time.

One problem, I set The Cleaner to Search and Destroy any kind of trojan, and one of the trojans was in the registry called C:\Windows\system32\bridge.dll. This whole afternoon I have searched for solutions because everytime I booted up my machine, it gave me that error message for bridge.dll. That thing was a bitch because once that dll was gone, I could not delete the program the conventional way, I had to F*CK with the registry and find every file pretainning 'Bridge'.

For future reference:
Bridge.dll is a file of and adware trojan that constantly dl advertisements to the computer. If you accedentally delete that DLL and are getting error messages, this link will show you a removal program.

http://www.2-spyware.com/file-bridge-dll.html

If that doesn't work, it will be a bit more complicated because you have to dl a Reg Organizer from download.com and search for the files, then delete from the registry. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH SCREWING WITH YOUR COMPUTER REGISTRY!!!! ANYTHING CAN GO WRONG IF YOU DELETE A NEEDED FILE FROM THE REGISTRY, THEN YOUR COMPUTER WON'T BOOT UP!!! That is what happened to my grandmom's computer. I am not a computer geek, but I threw caution into the wind and tricked my computer's registry with that program.

It has been my experience when using any spyware detection software, that you really have to go into your registry files and manually remove stuff to get rid of the problem entirely.
Most of the programs I have used were great at detecting the spyware but did not remove them completely from the registry files.

Yeah, it was a bitch because I had to learn how to do it within the afternoon so my step dad won't find out that I fucked up something.

Nope. I did all the links myself, most of them are really commonly known things anyway, I'm gonna add some spyware things too.

Because I'm such an awesome guy, I will do this all for you nubs.

I am a professional computer network tech. Therefore, I own you all when it comes to computers.

To keep your machine zestfully clean, there are only four programs you should want.

Adaware - www.download.com
Spybot - www.download.com
EZ-Armor - www.my-etrust.com (pm me for help with this)
Panicware - www.panicware.com

Donations can be made to my anus. Thank You.

Thank you. That's the same list that I use, except I use a different virus program from www.avast.com (the home edition is free and has regular updates).

LV, your list is too confusing and has all those things all stacked up.... what are they called? Oh yeah... WORDS.... there's too many words & stuff.

Just use Panicware Pop-up Stopper (free edition) to stop pop-ups, Ad Aware to eliminate Ads and resident trojans, Spybot Search-n-Destroy to get rid of spyware, and Avast Antivirus to keep your genitals bug-free.
