 Need some network help.
My integrated LAN card just decided to not accept ANY incoming traffic.
Me and gman have tag teamed to no avail.
We've ruled out bad network equipment save the integrated LAN. It'll send packets, but won't let anything in. We've messed with firewall, turned it off, ran the network wizard 3452345 times, restarted, etc. Fooled with network settings, done all kinds of shit.
Anyone have any ideas?

are you on a router? if so, open up your routers configuration which is an IP that your manual should have in it, mess around with your incoming TCP and UDP ports i forget which is which, but that should do it.
You didnt give me enough information, such as, when did it start happening? before or after your network was configured, did u install any blocking programs, such as MSAS(Microsoft anti spyware), norton or any other program of the such.
Tell me if any of this works, and alos answer my questions with the details of the events.

I had a network between my two computers using a umm..the yellow cord thing. And well after a while it would say something about the ip. It was like connected..but it wasn't..like internet sharing and shit didn't work, and nothing else..but the icon was lit up, and flashing. I dunno ..lol sounds like we are having the same problem

No, I have not installed any Anti-spyware, I got rid of norton and the network has been configured for a good month.
It just stopped working, nothing was messed with, no settings changed, it just stopped working.
