uninstall and manually delete game files then reinstall if that doesn't fix it do steam and css don't forget to manually uninstall game files tho good luck!

nvd3d9wrap.dll<---refers to your nVidia drivers, try uninstalling, and make sure you've downloaded the most recent drivers recommended for your card. Install new drivers.
