 Server not respondingwhenever I start css I'll try to join a server but I get a pop up saying server not responding and then I'll try to join through steam, samething then ill type connect and the ip in consle and after a little bit it says connection failed after 4 trys. After 5-10min of the server not responding message just staring at me in the face it will join. I've tried exiting css and restarting steam but it doesnt do anything it always takes like 5-10min

Re: Server not responding yea, my buddy plays on my css sometimes in gungame servers, and we have been having this problem a lot. sometimes restarting css/steam/computer works, sometimes it doesnt. it is really really annoying. but usually after trying to connect to tons of servers for about 10 minutes we find 1 that works, but it is a huge pain in the ass. i havent tried this after the new update, but i will soon and repost if i still have this issue.

Re: Server not responding Actually sandman with the new patch that's happening to me. I find that after a few seconds I just have to click "refresh" and it'll magically connect.

Re: Server not responding Well I said upnp was risky because if you get a trojan, it can tell the router to open the firewall and forward specific ports to your computer so an intruder can gain access.

Re: Server not responding This prob has resolved itself for me, at least in the couple times i connected yesterday. Not sure what the variable was, whether it was the patch, my router reset itself, whateva.
