I've been asked by my grandmother to build her a computer as the one she is running an good ol' Inspiron dated from 2000 running windows ME (hardware is unable to run XP, I've tried everything F*CKER won't install) isn't suiting her and she wants a new one

right now I'm just getting some quotes for her and I am just wondering if you guys can pop better and possible cheaper builds out of your ass than I have been I'm shooting for under 400 (she goes online, plays Zuma hence no need for anything out of the ordinary).

Personal preference though I wish for her to have:

a dedicated video card (cheap 30 dollar will do, I just have never been one for using the on board option)

plain jane case

no monitor is needed
