 Can't Play CSSEverytime i try to play CSS this is what my screen looks like

o yea...i have two gpu's...one was never used and it is still doing the same thing.....changed the mobo and proc and still the same thing.
Only thing i can think of is the PSU. But wanted to get more ideas before i fork out the money for it. Any settings in the BIOS i can change or anything else. Thanks! |

Have you checked the drivers and DirectX? If you've switched all the hardware around, chances are it's a software issue. A low power condition from the PSU shouldn't be causing artifacts like that. Most video cards simply shut down if there's not enough power.

I would say make sure all of your drivers are up-to-date and re-install steam and all your games. _________________  |

Only other game i've tried it on is CoD4. So i uninstalled everything. Re-installed steam and css and it's doing the same thing. Going to download DirectX again then try it.
