i need helping with dedicated server when i lauch it, it doesnt show up for other ppl.

if you have a router make sure that you forward the proper ports

okay i forwarded the ports but i found out that my region is set to the world "225" and i have to set it to my region how do i do that i tried sv_region -1 and sv_lan 0 but ppl say it still dont pop for them and they cant connect
