For inappropriately calling out one of our highest-ranking admins without first speaking to him about your issues in private. AFRICAN AMERICAN is a generalized pejorative in our community and is equivalent to many many insults, even ones as benign as "idiot," "dummy," and "moron." Next time you have an issue with an admin, message said admin and message the elders with your problem. The worst thing you can do is post hate mail publicly in the forums of the admins who banned you.
