No, you won't need to uninstall it. Just overwrite it. In other words, copy/paste the cstrike directory that's included in the download to your cstrike folder. That easy!

And I don't see the bottom half, what's under the options menu.

So when I tried to download it, it's an RAR file. No exteract option when I right click on it. When I try to open it, it opens with itunes ? Any ideas on what I need to do ?

Say you're playing a match on Contra, find contra on the list. K.
Now, It's your first match, so you're on the top row. Check.
You had to sub in for whatever reason and are on the second half, look for the thing that says "H2" (I believe, my memory escapes me now)
Click that button, now you are record for a match on contra for second half. Check console, and the output is:

record contra_calmatch_half2_match1
recording...


And bam, you have a demo rolling, so just hit the "stop recording" button on the same menu and you're finished! (Also, acid's sig does induce much lol's)

I prefer 7zip, but WinRAR is pretty good as well...I think WinRAR throws up an annoying license reminder after awhile, but its been quite some time since I used it so not sure if it still does it.
